Aldridge Cricket Centre Launch

Date: 4th May 2016

The official opening of the Sir Rod Aldridge Cricket Centre at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy is set to take place on June 29th 2016.

The £1.8m development at the Academy campus in Falmer has been developed with Sussex Cricket to provide a hub for cricket in Brighton and Hove. As well as being the home for the Aldridge Cricket Academy it will be a base for Sussex Women’s and Girl’s cricket, Portslade Cricket Club will use the Centre as its first and second team pitch and it will be available for use by local primary schools and the community.

We look forward to welcoming our guests to see the final overs of the ACA First Eleven’s game with Gordonstoun School, take a tour of the new indoor school and meet fellow guests from the local and cricketing communities.

The launch will take place at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy, Lewes Rd, Brighton, Sussex BN1 9PW and is by invitation only. Further directions can be found on the BACA website here.
